Grace Du has over 25 years’ experience in customer interaction and back-office support, and over 13 years front-line retail and management experience.

Grace owns Midway Newsagency and Denistone East LPO in NSW and has won several awards for Service Excellence.

Grace excels in communications, negotiation and is known for being proactive and advocating on behalf of newsagents and lottery agents within Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in NSW.

Grace has recently opened her third Lottery outlet, and over the years has established a robust network of retailers who mutually benefit through cross outlet sales.

As an ambassador for NLNA in NSW & ACT, Grace will engage her existing network with the aim of shared benefits between the parties and has complete confidence in achieving this for NLNA.
