I know this is challenging with QR codes especially with Tatts and busy times.
These are not normal times.

If you have the QR Code on your front window and front counter that would be practical.
If you have regulars that are elderly they can write in an exercise book.
If you have regulars where you have contact details on file that will suffice.
Just a reiteration of the new settings.
QR Codes – New requirements
QR code record-keeping requirements will now be mandatory in retail settings, like supermarkets and newsagencies, and retail.
Retailers must use the Service Victoria QR Code Service.
